I did the old Winchester 12ga. trick already. You think the cops are tough on speeding and loud exhaust?? Try explaining how the bird "must have been sick" with feathers floating on the water for a 100' radius! Yeah ......sick with [email protected]#%ing lead! I guess I won't try that one again.

I know a guy who has used rubber snakes on the ceiling beams of his open porch to keep birds away... not sure about seagulls ?

The best thing to do is give them another Target! A friend once did this!
Take a thick piece of Plexiglas Screw a dead Bite size Mullet to the Center this is the Bottom side ,Put small Floats on the corners and let it float away from your Boat .

The greedy ones who dive down have a surprise!
