Most likely you not get the drain plugs either from SEI. I know for a fact you will not get the nuts/bolts and anodes.

MRV I take you are tech who works on outboards?

Its comes primered as well. So you need to paint it. Does not come with a water pump assembly either.

Yes I am. SEI has been sending them with drain plugs lately. A tape measure or yard stick at least to the 32nd, 64th's are best.

Looks like I will be trying out an SEI lower for one of my OptiMax 225s... Blew up my counter rotating lower on Tuesday, blew a hole in the side of the case.... SEI price is $1045 for the counter rotating, which isn't bad especially with a 3 year warranty.
