Default Need Advice for boat to purchase thats best bang for buck fast fun?

Hello guys!

I have the need for speed and am thinking of buying a boat that i can drive hard and fast in the ocean waves!!
Please help me with some ideas for the best bang for the buck crazy fast fun?
I mostly will take out one passenger and try to scare the pants off them....
My knowledge of what kind of money it will take is not current....so i need some help. Can 20-30 grand get anything good?

I may build my own motor or buy a boat already running. one thing to keep in mind is i have a sensative back and am thinking a boat that i can standup in will be less
jarring....

Thanks for the help!
EH

Why the F would you want to do this to someone? So they will never get in another boat the rest of their lives? Seems pretty childish.

Your budget can get you into a decent boat but there are many factors to consider. My first question would be what is your current boating experience? If you want single engine stick with 24 to 26 feet. Your budget should get you into a 28 to 30 with twins.

Don't mess around with trying to build your own motor. You'll spend all your time and $ on the build instead of boating. Buy a turn key boat.

Look for drop out bolsters so you can stand up.

Look through the thousands of posts here about different boats to learn. Try to find other boaters in your area to learn from.

Remember that boating is all about having fun, not scaring people. If you are scaring people then you're a lousy driver and should be relegated to a gay blow boat for eternity!

I think you should come for a ride with me first so I can scare the pants off you. You'll have to sign something first.

He, he.

EH, you should probably stick with your JET SKI, (assuming ,by your post, you must own one). Seriously though, you should try to impress your friends and family with your skill at controlling a boat safely (fast or slow) I'm sure they will still have a great time. Drive safe!!! P.S. S.B. do you really want to see him without pants???
