Surveyor recommendation in Miami area
Found a 10 year old 24' with a Mercury 250 EFI outboard.
Did a search, all the threads that popped were 4-10 years old.
Saw several recommendations for Ed Cozzi, checked his website, not a single fishin' mota' shown.
Is he still THE guy, or is there another recommendation for a buyer looking at outboards?
