Any suggestions to hotels/ hotels on the water in Camden . Doesn't have to be 5 stars but not a dump. Wife is OK with the dog not going.

My condo complex is 5 miles from the shootout and Capt. Rons. I could call one of my neighbors and see if he has it rented. It is a 2bdrm, 2bath, with a 12x32 slip. Or if the dog is not going, stay at tan tar a and keep the boat there or as Brett said the new marina is right by tan tar a. You could keep boat there.

Love the place. We got a suite last year and this year. Its like a small home and has everything you need and more.

I was having the same issue for this year's shootout... the old lady is pregnant and wanted to bring the dog, but the rough water scares her and the heat makes her miserable and she don't wanna be around a bunch of drunk partiers, so to solve all the problems at once I'm just leaving her at home! Lmao I told her she can paint a few rooms while I'm at the Lake and she said DEAL! WOOOO HOOOO!!!

Anyone from South FL / South West FL trailering their boat up. I'm leaving Wed late afternoon. 1400 miles each way :eek::eek:. Have t done this in awhile but sure miss it.

Took the b*tch way out. Round trip flights and booked a power packed Pontoon to take to the shootout on.

I too looked at this place but it was completely booked.

Camden fills up quick for the week of the Shootout since that is where SupercatFest is held.
