If JB is charged with staging a bogus accident which triggered the search effort, I don't think he will be able to handle the pressure (he looks like a young boob) he might react badly. Some people can't handle the thought of prison time. Like Sammy once sang....Don't do the crime if you can't do the time. There's a lot of truth in those words.
