HP500 in a 225 CCR Crownline
Well, the stock 454 only pushes my boat to 57 (60-61 on perfect conditions). I can never leave anything alone, so I gathered most parts and going to put an HP500 in the boat. I think its a unique project, Ive never seen a crownline with the engine package in it.

should haul azz!

Should be in the 70s I would assume...thats plenty to piss some Baja owners off with a Crownline !

There were some 266 LTD's built with HP500's. Clay Washington had a side-mount Whipple Charged 502 MPI in a 225 that I believe would run 70 or just a tad more.

There is a crown line 250cr cruiser in the 1000 islands with big pro charged power and through hull. Always cracks me up when he does fly bys hanging the bow. I don't know how fast, but my guess is 70+ in an aft cabin boat :D

Crownline put hooks / wedges in their hull bottom design to keep the bow sucked down and to really help with planning times. Also a lot of Crownline 225 used a bravo III - if you have this set up you are not going to gain as much with those in the mix.
