Unhappy Nice Trailer Tires?

I have to admit that 14 years on factory Goodyear trailer tires was pushing it. I go about 500 miles a year so the tread was still looking good unlike the sidewalls with some small cracks. Well I blew one yesterday going to the river and was smart enough to carry a spare but dumb enough not to have replaced these tires yet. They are D78-14 with a B load rating. Lots of black wall tires out there but no white walls to match what I have. Goodyear does make a nice OWL Marathon Radial at $100+ a tire. Do I have any options other than these at a lower cost with WW or OWL?....Thanks, Mike.

Glad to see I'm not the only one!! I've got 6 1990 vintage BFG CLM ST's F78-14 w/raised white letters. I can't find anyone who carries anything close. Luckily I don't tow that much anymore!! But that's going to change soon. So, any info would be great since I'll need 7!!

Hmmmmmm
I just might happen to have 6 brand new, never mounted Goodyear Marathon radials sitting in my garage.
No raised white letter or white wall though.
I have to check if they are 14 or 15", I can't remember.

too old has 4 -15" with rims in the parts for sale section at the bottom. You could also try calling tirerack.com. They have trailer tires but I can never find them on their web site.

DJD, how much? I might be interested in 2 of em if they are 15's.

Just picked up 4 tires from tirerack.com! The Goodyear Marathon Trailer 205/75/R14 were only $73 each with WOL. My local Dealer wanted $125 for them....Thanks obnoxus, you saved me quite a bit of money! They even called and confirmed my order in 5 min. FedEx is only costing $30 for all 4 tires....Shopping at its best!...Mike.
