Nice lol

I feel a bit sorry for this guy. Lots of money waisted. I can't understand how he did not have an experienced boater take him out. Unless severe mechanical malfunction that I doubt happened, this was completely avoidable. Glad no one was on the ramp at the time he ramped it.

buck35 08-22-2014 07:40 PM

if you got cash it can be yours today.wow! what else can you say?

Dave M 08-22-2014 07:46 PM

Wow! No business driving that boat period.

Powerquest230 08-22-2014 08:23 PM

Mechanical problem- the control to driver's seat interface malfunctioned.

abones 08-22-2014 08:30 PM

502ss 08-22-2014 08:31 PM

or mis adjusted single throw shifter..i seen it happen,,you put it in gear and the throttle also raised the idle..might be a new engine..also sounded like the choke was stuck ..?

Boat planes pretty fast. I wonder what prop he had on it?

Sydwayz 08-22-2014 10:03 PM

Wrong (opposite) rotation prop?

I'm guessing after hitting the ramp it was a no-blade. ;)

I'm doing well, thanks. Boat is running good but, don't want to jinx myself so I'm knocking on wood!

vindicator101 08-22-2014 11:40 PM

Saw this talked about on another site. It happened at the Islander ramp on Lake Havasu. People that were there said he was having throttle problems while sitting there and it sounded like it was bouncing off the neutral rev limiter before he put it in gear.
