Shootout Ustream feed

Anyone else having video problems with the Ustream feed online? I have a perfect audio but my video looks like this

It is the same on Firefox, Windows, and Safari. It plays perfectly fine on the Ustream iPhone app though...

Mine worked great on chrome but kept buffering on the android app
