Thanks Mark,(Bullhead)Chad,(Mcprodesign) and Eddie, (Young Performance) for the support. This was a one shot chance to win the Top Gun award for me since there is always a big engine V hull at the Shootout. I have ran at the Shootout since the very beginning and this is a really great award to win and it will probably never happen again. Maybe I will have Eddie build me some engines and then maybe have a chance again. : )

Great job Al ! No one can take away your title, you earned it. "You gotta be in it to win it" comes to mind.

Looked over your 38 last spring at PBC and it's a beautiful, well-kept piece for sure.

Thanks Kelly O, I was not going to run this year because it was so hot, just donate the entry fee for the charity cause. A friend let me know Saturday night what the speeds were so I ran over Sunday and made a run. No testing, full of fuel and all our normal boating stuff so the speed was down from what I should have run. But as you said you have to be in it to win it.

Thanks Coolerman. I really enjoyed talking with you and your son. What you have done and accomplished
with your Black Thunder is amazing. I would have liked to talk more but you guys were pretty busy, hope
to see you next year.
