Godspeed Mike! I'm truly shocked and saddened. Lost for words and just feel terrible for the family and friends left behind. In the end I guess we must celibrate the wounderful things you did while you were on this earth. I truly enjoyed talking and working with Mike for many years. He was a fantastic caring gentlemen who will be missed by many. R.I.P Mike

Yes it is very sad that Mike left us today. The cause of his passing may not be correclty reported here. Mike sustained multiple injuries.

I am incredibly shocked and saddened to hear this news. I had met Mike a couple of times and he was always a gentleman. A true innovator in the sport. May he rest in peace and condolences to his family.
