Call Bill at Ateco. I've had nothing but good luck with that company.

The BW-72C can be beefed up (You might as well pull them). The TRS you are basically limited to about 700 hp.

Already put better clutches in them for now, I am getting spares to change to 10 disc, I pay cash as I go for things so I cant drop 25,000 at once doing things like many can...my buddy does the trans work for all the local boat guys... so we will convert them later so far they been holding my 600hp 660TQ power..

and yes the TRS will suffer if I went too much hp, always seems like a good idea for more but reality what I got is "safe"

Doesn't Chevrolet offer 572 crate engines? Maybe they sell a short block version

GM 572 should be in the $13k range pushing around six and a quarter hp (in "street" trim).

The few 632s I've seen in person seem to be hit/miss combinations. My personal belief is the rod angle isn't prone to long life.....

I had almost 900 hp and 875 lbs of torque to my top gun and the 72cs I had built with 10 plates never missed a beat hooked up to 3a drives. Always cherry red type F trans fluid
