I just bought one from nationalboatcovers.com They have sunbrella, windstorm and silver cloud. I got the windstorm and literally just came in from putting it on for the first time. At first I didn't think it was big enough but is stretched out a lot and fit well. This was not a full custom cover but semi custom to fit the general measurements of the boat. It seems very durable, came with a dozen straps to secure it and a bag to store it in. For $500 for a 38' boat cover including shipping I don't think you can go wrong. The sunbrella was double the money, this has a 7yr warranty the sunbrella was 8yr.
