Great to watch the Record Breaking Run of 244 MPH by Qatar, sad to watch the Mike Fiore accident but a very nice video aside from that.

My boy Mike from Marine Design Corporation that designed and developed the Drive Guardian also designed and built the mechanism that controls a wing mounted on the front of the boat to prevent a blow-over.

How much does the front wing move, and who is controlling it? It was a harsh reminder watching the OL blow over of how close to the edge these guys are running!!! Great video thanks!

Right now its the throttle man.
Movement is up to 45* but they will never need that.. 10* makes a big difference.
