TB - the Volvo V-6 New Gen - direct injection motor with duoprop outdrive and S.S props and Power steering system all weight 891 lbs total. Also the Volvo uses aluminum exhaust manifolds with the CATS installed.
Mercruiser 4.5 L V-6 I do not know the weight of it nor the total package. They did not post it and I have their 2015 catalog for Sterndrives and Inboards Gas & Diesel. Maybe they will do another catalog in Jan with the complete specs listed. Even Mercs website does not post much info for the new 4.5 L - V-6.
