hey this summer was brutal , Usually I don't let it bother me after being down here 30 of my 50 years from Michigan . But to be honest it has been so hot and muggy I have had no desire to even go out of the house much less boating lately.

Add to that as soon as the weather starts to get nice this town turns into a logistical traffic nightmare for the next 6 months.

That was where we were shooting for but ended up over here,,,,,, and its not bad. Easy to get around all the time and the port is kind of fun. Water isn't as nice though.

Thats the problem of living to far North in Florida you have to brave those deadly fall and winter tempetures.

If we don't see you online tomorrow we will send out a search party of Snowbunnies with Cognac.

I was up in Cocoa beachh for 2 weeks during the summer 10 years ago and fell in love with the area after living in Naples for 20 years already.

House prices seemed very reasonable and the age group was younger though I am getting up there myself these days..

Used to visit the area for years before moving here because my Grandma lived there in the winter. One thing I remembered was how cold it could be there in the winter and than come back south to Naples where my parents moved and it was 20 degrees warmer the same day.

But I do love the water up there for diving and fishing as diving is non existent here and you have to go out 30 miles for fishing at the least.

But if I ever get the balls to move again that would be the place just have to get some coins back in the Piggy bank . Being older and less employable than i was 20 years ago with this economy makes a carefree move like I would have done 15 years ago look scary if it didn't pan out.
