marvel mystery oil
Did I make a mistake . Fogged out my blower motor with teflon strips Will the teflon swell from the marvel mystery oil ?
no...... but they make a better seal the top alky blown class at nhra uses tones of it and other spray lubes to get a bit more boost watch the puff of smoke when they hit it on the line the nitro guys im not sure what they use but the teflon is pretty tight on those one guy just restrips the blower and now they have over half the blower hanging off the rear of the engine block again i,m not to sure on why other than fuel distribution?

the marvel mystery oil will not hurt the strips in your blower.it wont gum up like fogging oil either.i love marvel mystery oil and use it a lot.
Certainly better than Tranny Fluid, Which used to be the most popular until real "fogging" Oil came out...Buy Tranny fluid worked great, It was mostly used to stop Racing Fuels from etching the Cyl walls when a motor was going to be stored for more than a week.

I use Marvel in every engine I own . Have for years .
I use it also. Even in my gas about once a year.
Your questions is a MYSTERY to me!!
I also use it on a regular basis, I add it at each fill up and have been for years, just hit 500 hrs with no issues with my engines. Don't say it, I know I am on borrowed time now.
Ditto on the Mystery stuff, just be careful if fogging fuel injection engines. Map sensors only like clean air.
My family has used it for years. I have an MG with a Judson supercharger. It uses Mystery Oil for lubrication.
