You can only cover 1000' of the water, how you cover it is up to you as long as you have atleast 100' of shoreline, some docks are larger and grandfathered as long as they have a tag (Duke Powers idea of a Lic. plate)

I was the listing agent on the house he bought and he and his wife were wonderful people
