Formula had the only performance boat I saw here. And it was at Miami 2 years ago and still have not sold it. Ilmor power. Beautiful boat but the power plant must be keeping it from selling. Statement only had 2 boats there. Mine was to be there but decided not to have it in show.

I think the Lauderdale show has stayed popular with the performance guys strictly because of the fact that it's the weekend before Key West and everybody is down there anyways.
I like the Lauderdale show but over half the boats or more are used (brokerage stuff on the north side). They have a cool car display, helicopters, RVs etc on the north side also. Viking premiered their new 92 Sportfish there this year. Performance stuff suffered when Cig stopped displaying there a couple years ago. Best part about the Lauderdale show is the area, you can easily leave the show and grab something to eat/drink from surrounding bars/restaurants. |
I tried to buy boat at agreed price of 255k but wanted them to fix some things from demo and wear and tear and they wouldn't budget anymore. That was 6 months ago. Nice boat.
