Black. Contrasts with the red motor. I have red valve covers on black/silver motors.

With the red it would look good with the white engine compartment. So yes red all the way.

Polished! Or as someone mentioned some polished appearing powder. There is a lot of cool powders out.

Yeah I think red is the way to go here. That white will definitely get super gross in a hurry.

That color of red looks kind of funky next to your red blocks. If they were the same as your blocks they would look better IMO. Maybe do the elbows in black to focus even more on the blowers. Just my thoughts.

I think they send them out for hard anodizing after they are built so they last longer in the salt water..might want to ask..then i dont know it they can anodize them twice..
