Geico gets torched in Key West
 

What's up with that??? Both of Bob Bulls CMS MTI's totally beat up on Geico. It's just something I haven't seen in recent years. Is it a sign of money being short after the sale of the team???

i think today was a mechanical gremlin ... water/fuel / oil pressure off or temp will but the motors in guardian mode ... till they reset or stabilize the computers and sensors from what i understand ...

Wednesday was guardian mode, it appears same for Friday..Have not heard confirmation yet.

They have sure had their problems with the Guardian Mode.

they always go into "guardian mode" when CMS is kicking their a$$.

Both of them have 1650's but they sound different because one of them is running the exhaust under the water I was told by one of the crew.

That's the only way cms beats them unless of course the run across.their bow trying to hide them down like bull did on wed

Geico can't pay people to detune their competition anymore so they actually have to race-unfortunately for them they still can't turn the boat cleanly so they're losing all kinds of speed/momentum in every corner.the 1650's are junk in my opinion but why does guardian occur when they start losing- I'm not sure- sounds like an excuse to me-bobs aren't cutting out- I wonder why.other boats with 1350's are going just as fast but nobody is going as fast as we did-JBS still holds the record and with ave speeds 20mph slower it seems I will be the only one to beat my record.in the meantime go CMS-looking super strong x2!

Wednesday Geico had Guardian issues and couldn't keep the pace with the CMS boats. It's not that hard to tell that if they can't keep the pace they are having some sort of problem. Both Geico and CMS have 1650's and are plenty fast.

However, today Geico totally owned both of them along with the rest of the field! In some rough stuff Marc and Scotty ran the p!ss out of that boat and nobody else could keep up. Someone I'm sure will post some pretty crazy photos of them almost going over on one of the first laps. What an awesome show! Congrats on the win guys!!!

As I said on my FB page. " Awesome for OUR sport for a major sponsor to win the Worlds. Congrats (Geico) guys."

Why want you pay to be a member here? Pay up sucker. We don't need your bulls..t here.
