Thanks, guys,I'll check it out. My friend's wife wnats to surprise him on his birthdayn with a Bahamas trip and lease a Batboat to race there. He has no racing experience but years of performance baot experience, currently owns a Cig Top Gun, previously a Cafe Racer and some smaller fairly fast boats. Is this a bad idea? With no race experience will he endanger himself or others? I hear they are pretty safe but I don't want him in over his head.

Magic, it's a great idea. Chris has it set up for the newbie racer. I raced in Corpus and Chris and his crew took care of everything and gave excellent race training. Unfortunately, Chris may already have all the boats reserved for the Bahamas. Contact him quickly. Try his cell phone since they are racing in Grand Haven this weekend. Mobile (513) 706-3199.

If he wants to come to San Diego I can at least take him for a ride in one. Mine is not set up to race in the class since it has 650 HP and goes 100+, but its fun to drive. My wife says I am always looking for victims to take out.
