Thanks guys
It was a great weekend.
What you can't see from the pics is the whole boat is pearl paint. the white the red the green. Chris, and rick did an excellent job on the paint.
Cigwilli- The motors were sent to Stearling for their new life. I'm not sure of the details after that. I'll ask Garcia today and get back to you.
Ryan- Great meeting you as well. I was really impressed with how you handled that boat on the run back up to St.Pete. Those sea's were decieving , Wasn't rough but just enough sloppy chop to keep your hands full. Great Job...lookinforward to running with you again.

Went for a ride yesterday
I got a chance to experience Garcia's 40 Skater "El Gato" yesterday. two words Holy chit
Soft ride on 2footers, like a cadillac. Boat feels huge. Very small cockpit but felt alright at high speeds (tight fit). Gauges everywhere! Cockpit comunications, cool (I want some)
20 to 70 very smooth
70 to 100 very smooth
100 to 120 very smooth
Punched it from 70 to 117 seconds. absolutly unreal. You could
actually feel G's pushing you into the seat.

Hey Mark
I was M.I.A. Sunday - we put the Skater up and dropped the Fountian in just in time to blow a motor. Lucky for me, they're brand new- warranty. Anyway,
we had a great time and look forward to the next event. John Ingle and I had a chance to take Todd's 40' out today prior to hoisting it back on the trailer- It's bad ass! We popped a 125 in wish wash heading out to the Gulf, the boat is like driving a 28' on steroids. Very cool-

Easy there lad- wow, the rumor mill is cranking! Hey, the deal is is, he who comes home with the sponsor goes racing. This is not limited to me, but I can tell you that there is a hard sell in the making on my part. Who knows- the boat is a very happy boat and I feel that it will be competitive. Russ Wilkin won the APBA world championships in 2000' with the boat. By the way, I think you and Mike should go racing together- sounds like fun! You might even increase his chance of getting laid!
