Not a Cougar, The bottom looks like a Bertram. Deck I have no idea....

I have seen Cougars with that lower hull.... I swear I have...

Cougar, Super Hawaii, Bertram,.....a hybrid of all three, interesting opinions....

Come to think of it...I have seen that same bottom on a 38 signature also.

I was looking at that yesterday. The Signature is a bit different with the strake layout.
It looks closest to a Bertram, especially the foredeck.
Pretty sad to think that someone has done that to a 38 Comp.

The boat was built by Humberto Picon at Carerra. He raced one as the "Damn Carerra". At the time he was partners with Mandy Fernandez(Ferrari Collection).
