Well i gotta say I am proud All I had to do is check the oil It was a gorgeous 4 days at the cottage.. the boat ran WFO all weekend and even embarrassed a few big boys with there toys It was a great weekend to end the season, we pulled the boat home last night and now it sits in the garage. Might run it a few times down here, but other then that. the motor will come out for a little tweaking over the winter

My brother had the Sunsation at Cumberland last thursday and hit a submerged log. Whacked the outdrive and broke the Gimbal in 3 spots. Also managed some fiberglass damage. This season is DONE.

CFD12, Did the same thing last June (Gimbal and bell housing) no 'glass damage though. Back together in 3 weeks and most of that was waiting for the G.D. merc parts That was a midweek lunch trip. $1973.15 including gas. Some lunch heh!

My uncle hit something with his 32 Velocity in NY harbor and broke the gimbal and bell housing. Got is all apart last week, new parts came in on Friday just in time for the rainy weekend. Got the gimbal back in only to find they send a standard gimabl with a high performance bell housing. Now I need to decide if I'm going to take the easy way out and just have them send a standard bell housing.

I am still battling too much fuel during cold starts. After a few seconds of cranking I will have to pull at least 3 plugs to dry them off. Then once it starts rev to 2500 rpm for about 3 min. to clean out the rest. I need to change all the plugs this week and then tinker with the carb.

Lost a screw that holds the GPS antenna on.
Glad to report that this is all the trouble I had.
Great day out yesterday after all the rain we have seen.
Sorry to read some of the other reports from you guys.
