No insurance?
They sold their home about a year ago and moved to this new community. They decided to rent for a year to get a feel for things. A small little renters policy is going to help some.

Thank goodness everyone got out without injury.

SMOKE DETECTORS, put them in your home and check them twice a year. I have been a firefighter all my adult life and can assure you these things have saved many lives. Install them and live to boat another day.

A stranger at the door at 3:00am , what's the chance of that happening . A random string of events some would say , I say the Lord has a plan for this family and it was not their time .

I have relatives that live in Lindale and have been there forever. One is a teacher I believe at a elementary school. Prayers to them and praying the road to recovery is fast.

Change your clocks?
Change your batteries!
(twice a year)

Don't throw out the old batteries. Just put a piece of masking tape on them, so you know to never put them back in a smoke detector.
