OK... ill do my best with all the checking of connections... if I still have any issues, I may try a re-wire... What would you suggest in all that?? Get a new harness from the round engine connector to the helm, and from there re-wire everything?

Just run a tinned heavy cable at least 6 ga. Black and red to distribution panel from battery switch, abandon wires in harness for main power.Include a fuse/breaker always. Starter wires need to be heavier than 6 ga.

Thats kinda what I did but individual wires to the key and radio... Ill look into doing that to the distribution panel as you suggested with a larger wire. Should be easy enough to do as the battery switch isnt far from there.
