Just a word of warning I have a D1 procharger which leaked oil from day one and I I live in the uk not a Q fix to shipp it back and forth and decieded to fix it myself at some point , the car got layed up as I got back into my boats .
last month though I would take a look at it you wouldn't believe what I found the housing behind the impeller was smothered in JB weld about a eighth of a inch thick and the well that takes the twin bearings was machined too far down and left waffer thin alloy that couldn't hold the seal and it was all cracked round the edges just waiting to fall off and enter the oil supply .
I have pictures if any ones interested and a email from prochager Denying that they used J B weld or liqid metal as we call it then they said they use it on castings that didn't come out the moulds too good .
I will poit out that the blower is 6 years old but has done nothing all it's life it has way less than 2 k on it .
Sorry for the rant but I promise myself I would exposs there bad buissness practice and palming me off with rubbish at every opportunity .
