Power to weight ratio and dependability. I have heard of more problems with the 300xs' having compressor failures etc. than the 300x with no compressor to fail. They do like fuel in comparison to the XS. Heck.I'm sticking with my 2.5 platform. It has been bulletproof for the past 5 years just changing LU fluid.Check in the Skater owners forum for details on DRs' swap.
