Did Pat just say 'FISH' ? Here's an idea for that on the bolsters/recliners

Digging the new cockpit layout/OB options. Great alternative to a CC for those leaning that direction.

Pretty certain it is 8' 6".

Man, I'd never leave the boat. I'd be the first one to the sandbar, and I'd be relaxing on the wrap-around couch with a glass of Glenfiddich and one of those cigars Slick Willy smoked by the time everybody else showed up.

P.S., I'd also be able to do it every weekend. Between the fuel and maintenance savings from outboards, I might be able to afford some Balvenie 21....

I think he did. Does that also mean they will come equipped with live wells too?

As crazy as this may sound, yes. The boat will also be setup to be the most useful in it's class. Fish on Saturday. Boat with the family on Sunday. That is design #3.

One boat. 3 designs. And all affordable.

Great looking boat and a smart business plan. As outboards continue to grow in popularity and in HP, I think we'll continue to see more and more of this. Low maintenance, long life, reasonable cost, more space, etc. Not sure what to do about the sound though. A 38 foot offshore boat that sounds like a Hoover will take some getting used to.

I kind of like the sound of modded OBs..... Kind of Formula 1-ish when running WOT. No, the OBs won't sound like dry exhaust big blocks, but the Hoover/Bissell sound can be massaged out.

Maybe it's some sort of cosmic boat karma where everything comes full circle.... There was a time not all that long ago when boats didn't have car motors, and guys bolted on lots of fishing motors and raced.
