To answer the people that are asking if we can just discuss this new boat, I'm all for that the new boat looks great. We're just also mentioning that if you're interested in actually purchasing one be aware of the past business relationships this builder has had with many of its customers.
Chuck is by no means the only one that got screwed by the Frisini bunch he's just the one that got hurt the most, that we know of, and been vocal about it here. I bought a boat from them and they never made it right either in addition to a bunch of other stuff that was promised since day one that they never did. Most of us just took our losses and moved on, either writing them off or covering the fixes etc on our own time and money. I don't care how nice a boat looks that is built by them I'd never buy it. I think they know how to make things look good which is great but rigging wise and attention to detail work I'm not sure a group of high school shop class kids couldn't do a better job. Maybe they've gotten better and I wish any new owners luck. |
Man, I've been following this ordeal for years and it's hard to understand how this man has not gotten his boat, his money back, a judgement, nothing.
Checked this boat out at MIBS and while it was nice, the history of the business behind it should push most prospective buyers in a different direction. Not to mention that this continuous bad press will crush resale values in coming years if the business even survives. Buyer beware - you've been warned. |

Its Friday night. My whole state is frozen in place with ice and I am drunk, so I am going to go on the record with my opinions.
Chuck is never going to get the boat in question, or even what ever actual "dollars" were invested in it, back. "Sonic" is never going to sell another one of those cool looking cats, if they even sell that one. Someone has written a check for a center console fishing boat, with no place for fishing poles or fish but cool graphics on it, in the time it took me to type this. Some lawyers will keep making some money and laughing at this thread. Sorry. JMHO. |

Hey Mike, legitimate question without any BS, lawyers, lawsuits, arguments, sit down discussions or anything else. Just a simple question....
Where's Chucks boat, or his refund for monies paid for said boat? That seems pretty easy. |

Seems Mike is dodging this question. That's troubling.
