Is this any of your business? You think you are some kind of knight in shining armour? I see you get involved in more than a few negative threads. What's up with that? And on and on. But in the end, if something bothers me or I enjoy something...I'll talk about it. I do try to avoid (but fail miserably) the beware section. And that's that. Chuck, wishing you success. |

Gary, is this "cousin Frankie" who invested money and was overseeing things there? Till he got burned by Frisina. Was the boat used to return his investment in Arrow Powerboats? I would think he wouldn't of wanted any part of this mess. But a chance to get some of his money back would be hard to resist.

My god, it makes me nauseous reading this thread! People don't give a $hit about integrity anymore?

I really do not understand how in the world he can keep employees and if they are paid or paid on time. Does he own that building in Florida, if not, is the rent paid along with all the other bills.
Some of the employees have to be reading these threads so I would wonder what do they make of this plus how and why should they work for a business / person like this. I know at the boatshow it was mentioned they have taken an azz beating on the net by an employee in the booth. This thread surely is adding another beating to the other side of that azz. Just saying. |
Wow just read this entire thread. Haven't seen Chuck for many years, don't know if he remembers me or not. Met him at a couple poker runs in upstate NY. Great guy and loved this hobby like no one I have met. In my opinion its a tragedy this crook has Chuck off the water. If Tony knew anything about the impeccable way Chuck kept his boat, the way he ran it, and how often he was on the water, man did he miss the possibility for some great visibility of his product in a positive way. Obviously Tony is a fool and a failure to let this go 180 degrees the opposite direction.
So sorry to hear about what your going through Chuck. I hope you make it back on the water soon. |
Thank you! I had a great time on your lake, and we planned on using the CC up there. Very family friendly.

Am I reading the judgment correct in attached link? This is a default judgment for monies owed plus annual interest against Frisina and Arrow. Default judgment means Frisina and Arrow did not fight lawsuit. Wonder if Single Source has gotten paid on this judgment yet? '

Looks like single source inc funded the boat builds to the tune of 55k and arrow frisini kept the profit

Can Single Source's default judgment be attached to one of the New Sonic/Frisina builds resulting in the buyer getting a boat with a lien? Anyone know?

Real success story here.
