I lost the tranny in the truck and need to reinstall the rubrail on my cat so I am not sure if at all my boat will be there.
But I have been told there are plenty for me to ride and
I might even be able to talk them into using hte 22Party cat for the Poker run.

Let me know if you guys are coming up.

Or any other MN boaters that have an interest?

thanks for the invite MNfast, but caincando and I will be helping thirsty turtle install his new engines this weekend. He wants to get them in so that he can run them alittle bit this fall before we have to put the hotrods away. sounds like a good time. Everyone take lots of pics for us to look at. be safe and drive like hell.

Hugh, sorry will not be there. We just got back from the Missi last weekend.

We arrived Thursday evening, put in at LaCrosse Friday morning and boated up to TI Friday night. Cruised up into St Paul Saturday and Sunday we headed back to LaCrosse. WOW what a great weekend. Lake Pepin was in her prime on Saturday as well as Sunday :)

Sounds like a good time though. Sorry we will miss it.

should arrive by 10:30 am
the poker run starts at 11 with driver meeting
after that i will be on the run
all stops and return trip is to be completed by 5pm back at the casino
will be there all day sunday

Well it does not look good for me I still don't have my prop shaft from Imco yet DAM IT I miss all the fun stuf.

Hay I know a vary good tranny guy. Did you get ti hot on the way home last weekend it was about 100* most of the way home.

I am not sure if it got hot on the way down or not. But it was acting up while there. Just glad it made the boat home.

MnFastBoat, is this poker run open to the public? Or, is it something for Advantage customers? I will be out boating all day Saturday. We might head down and finally meet you.

Ya but I forgot to mention the fact that the river was just full of those BIG FRICKIN CRUISERS. I don't mind a few here and there as they allow me some air time :), , but damn, row after row :mad: . I heard some guys *****'n at some lady up on the St Croix, near Prescott as we were in the slow zone......

Lady: MY GOD YOU CRUISERS SLOW DOWN.

Cruiser: Lady it's a public waterway and you are NOT in a slow no wake area!

Lady: I WILL COME AFTER YOU AND REPORT YOUR NUMBERS TO THE AUTHORITIES!

Cruiser: and Lady, I will contact my Attorney

We did have a great time. TI was full to the brim including the beach near land. The cove around the corner was jammed with the crew that cooks a pig roast every year. Overall, yes it was a great time.

BTW, I saw another 353 coming out of #3 as we were waiting to enter. It looked EXACTY like yours and both the driver and passenger looked like you guys, I had to take a few looks without my sunglasses just in case and by that time he had passed me out of the lock, I noticed right away a different name on the back and knew right then and there it wasn't the Troutster :).

Forgot the name but would remember if you told me.
