Has anyone done business with this company? How is their product?

i bought a set of probe pistons from them on ebay. they called the next day and told me the box only had 7 in it for some reason. but they would upgrade me for free to mahle powerpak. i said ok. they called the next day to tell me it would be atleast 2 weeks before mahle would be running that line of pistons again. i told them that didnt work with my time line. so they upgraded me again to a set of diamonds that were close to what i would be running as far as dome and milled the top down to get the right cc for my build. they were supposed to be delivered thursday but werent because of snow. its not there fault. ups tried to deliver on friday but no one was around to sign for them. so monday night im picking them up from ups. up to this point they have had excellent customer service im just pissed that i didnt get my pistons on friday to take to my machinist for final block honing on saturday. and because of my work schedule ill have to wait until next saturday to drop them off. oh well we still have snow on the ground.

Bought a set of aluminum open chamber heads from them for a street car - decent price and quality.

They built me a 383 in Feb 2014, I have put about 50 hours on it so far and not one issue. Very happy with it and they are great to work with.

Fred built a carbed 620 HP 496 using my 454 Mag block and accessories. Ran it in my Formula 242LS for a couple of years and it was bulletproof. Cost ended up being more than I was initially quoted, but he did keep me posted along the way.

Thanks for the feedback. Every company has challenges, surmounting them and keeping clients happy is the differentiator.
