Gwynns Island, Va boat ramp??
 

Does anyone know anything about the boat ramps around Gwynns Island? I want to launch my 35' Cafe there next weekend (13th) and want to find a decent ramp.

We have a 4 day weekend planned to boat with our friends from Texas (guy in poker run/wife) 12-15 Sept.
I will watch this thread, is there a plan etc etc etc????

Gwynn's Island is at the mouth of the Rappahannock River. The boy scout troop that my sons are in is taking a trip there to boat for the weekend. I want to drag the Cig down and show them what boating is all about:D :D

I'll be on the "rivah" Saturday but will probably hang at the pits. Sunday I'll got other things to attend to. Some of the guys are coming down this weekend to go to Bay Days in Hampton.

Would you be interested in picking us up at Jamestown or the Chic bridge and escorting us to the Pits Sat?

Steve, new orders just in from my boss on this weekends Saturday fun, bay crossing no river this week, we have friends coming in next week so maybe we will hook up then....
