What does that boat cost new? Seems like it might be for sale for a long time at that price.

A lot of those ads stay on there forever. Does it say when it was listed?

Drock78 03-15-2015 06:12 PM

Today! People need to realize you can't sell for what you owe.

Blwhiti 03-15-2015 06:16 PM

Maybe his wife told him he had to try and sell it to buy a cruiser.

Craney 03-15-2015 07:26 PM

Looks like somebody has some sentimental value rapped up in it.

Pretty solid ad for a $550,000 boat. Info and pics overload

croaker 03-15-2015 09:44 PM

Yeah, a lot of work on this one....

1989mach1 03-15-2015 10:05 PM

Then I can at least get 125k for mine any takers. ....

Waterboy123 03-15-2015 11:08 PM

That's a "I'll list it and see if it sells, honey" price, knowing full well he will own it for a few summers yet.

Some interesting asking prices out there. Was at dinner the other night and met a guy who is looking at a straight bottom gun for nearly 6 figures and tried to nicely tell him, "just because the guy selling it overpaid it doesn't mean that you have to." Hate seeing good people caught up in the excitement of a transaction and end up getting screwed.

I'm no expert on Cig prices, but I see 2012 39 w/700's in the classifieds for 369K.

Fastboats listing?

Dave3fl 03-17-2015 04:36 AM

But it's waxed several times per year...

Cause you can't delete your own ad is why.

You have to email someone who is suppose to delete it for you. I can tell you from experience it doesn't seem to happen when you ask.

I don't recall my password.

But I emailed the "staff" 3 times thus far requesting a new password or to just delete my ad. All have got no response, so I just said "F-it" and my sonic ad will live an eternity on that site now lol.

Sometimes it goes the other way too. You want to sell for something else and she likes it so much that she puts a high price on it. Ask me how I know lol

I think they keep them there, so it looks like there is more traffic or is more active than it really is.
