who sells 15 or 20kw generators for land use with a cummins diesel engine?

If you have the engine, go with the Onan generator, reliable, fool proof. If you want a whole new package, meaning engine, generator, fuel tank, I would call MulitQuip. I used to rent generators before becoming an attorney, when I worked for General Electric Energy Rentals and Aggreko rentaing units from 10 kW to 2,000 kW Diesel generators.

i was trying to find z multiquip 3" trash pump here about a month ago zero multiquip here in colombia, havent seen any kubota stuff either. the motorcycle shops here usually have like one of each bike and zero parts on hand so i will look around medellin when i go next week and see if there is a kubota dealer with decent parts inventory, but i do know there is good support here for cummins
Or cvall the local Kohler distributor, they will be able to help you.. I would try Onan first.

colombia businesses work like this, the motorcycle shops here usually have like one of each bike and zero parts on hand... so everything is pay up front and wait for parts.

As we discussed, the biggest issue you will face at this stage is getting tier II or III engines that can handle the fuel down there. Sent you some more info, I can get them still for now..
