spark plugs
What are the best spark plugs to use in 2002 hp 500
|
I run AC R42ts in my 500efi's, and they are cheap
|
I like NGK R5674-7 but AC R42TS is a good plug. If your going to use the AC use the MR42TS as it is coated and won't rust up over the season.

I picked up 8 MPH switching to Split-Fires! :evilb:

In case anyone is wondering, the OP's question has been answered, thus the derail.

They only work if you have the magnetic conditioner on your fuel line.
Interesting enough, they are both older Toyota Tundra's. |
Combine the Splitfires, Magnetic Conditioner, and 104+ Octane Boost and you will not be able to keep drives on your boat.

My last boat, I hooked up my stereo amplifiers (2 x 4 channel amps) to my ignition system.
The louder you played the stereo, the faster the boat went. I couldn't play any techno deep bass type songs though, each time the bass hit hard, the boat would accelerate. Made things a little too jerky. Made docking or tying up a beatch. |
E3 spark plugs and a qt slick 50 in the oil at every oil change and a pint of STP in between oil changes. The engine will not only be faster it will last forever.
what happened to those 80's and 90's snake oils & fuel adds. |

Bosch super 4 eliminates the need to index as they always right no matter where they end up. I put those in and fastened the bilge blower hose to the top of the carb, 15mph all day.

Actually, Here's a rare known secret for making Apache's faster:

And yes, there are spark plugs for Cigarettes:

I removed my plugs and just stuck the plug wire ends in thru the spark plug hole. Gets the spark directly in the cyls w/o having to pass thru current robbing sparkplugs. Eliminate the middle man! Plus I no longer have that resistance of the piston to come to the top during the comp stroke. Motors spins easier and faster now. = faster rpms = faster mph

Ok well .....what if you add a blower.....or three...Long reach or.......platium to avoid a melt down. Very confusing

Any of you guys switch over to glow plugs? I hear it really bumps up the torque, but I'm not sure my Alpha drive on my 454 can handle the increase.....
|
50/50 Mix of diesel and gas will bump compression.
