Pics of the Hudson River Run
 

Well as ussuall with Digital Cameras my battery was running low. I meant to grab some when I was at the store but TOTALLY Spaced. So sorry guys if your pictures of the start are not in hear :(:( My camera was acting like the kids on the short bus..... SLOW!!!! I got a couple good ones before the batteries ran out.

This is Shane in his killer skater. Of course the seats keep him from looking back to know that we are all no longer behind him :p :p

Hear is a Sonic. Man I was really impressed with how rock solid these boats ran. NO porpoising or anything just always flat :D:D

The Baja

This was some of the group about 1/4 of the way up the hudson headed for the races. I think we had 7 boats in all. Couple droppped out last min :(

Now our Sharkey of the day. Man Dave gave it his all. He really took it hard when he and I decided to head up the East River and it was ROUGH. All I could do was laugh every time I looked over and saw him take off and air it out. I wish I had some one on my boat so that I could have taken pictures in there but it was WAY to crouded to be running and shooting at the same time. His passenger was a TROOPER. I even saw some of the landings they had and offered if she wanted a ride but I think she was having the time of her life. Not so sure about today though :D:D Again the camera was slow so I missed all his air time but it is one mean sounding Checkmate. :D:D

I would like them all if it is not a problem. I could not believe how well dckrrft ran int ehat Checkmate. They are all great shots. Kristen had a great time. I am so glad. It was great to run with everybody. Your boat looks awesome. I hoe dad doesn't monopolize your time now that he has the "itch".:p ;)

They will be on their way soon. I have to zip them up and stuff.

As far as dad goes he is on his own!!! I got boating to do :D:D

If you are out there look for a white/purple 283 Checkmate (me), 27 Activator HP575 w/ american flag graphics, two 23 Wellcraft Novas, 26 Red Nova w/ twins, Baja 272, Yellow 33 Scarab and possibly a 25 Eliminator Turbine

I have plans to be going down to Kingston on that day( coming from Catskill Launch). I will be looking for you. If you see a 29 Outlaw named "Evil Twin" stop and say hey. I will be with some other boats as well.

We will probably be in the Kingston area...early afternoon. Most of our boats are 60+ mph boats....except for the Turbine 140mph and the Activator..90mph. So we only cruise around 40 . I love doing this trip!

I have pictures. Unfortunately, I'm too drunk to post them right now. And, I have shots from 'THE GROUND OF HEROES' We went there Saturday. The construction workers wanted me to put my BOOB prints in the wet cement. I declined for obvious reasons. I'd love to be on the cover of "Time" but not spat on for the rest of my life. The brain WAS functioning!

The most moving photo I have is of the banner that reads WE WILL NEVER FORGET with all the people (tourists) in the background.

Yeah, I can't handle this.

Methinks I'll take a walk down there. What can I say? I'm a glutton for punixshment.

Keep us posted about that run. I launch out of Stony Pt. and would love to hook up with you guys.

Those pictures were taken while I was driving and shooting back so it was a constant battle btwn looking were I was going and shooting the guys.
