KCHOTBOAT 09-09-2002 01:47 PM

New rub rail and some paint.

BODYSHOT1 09-09-2002 02:03 PM

stainless rubrail & painted vents..

Sydwayz 09-09-2002 02:07 PM

Looks great Tracy. I put those same vents on my Sonic, (same color too). The rubrail looks sweet as well. I wonder if you could powder coat a SS rubrail.

Smitty 09-09-2002 02:08 PM

Hey Todd,
Say ya yesterday on the Chain O'Lakes. I was tied up at the sandbar on Petite lake. I waved and your passenger waved back but you had to swim if you wanted to get near us due to all the boats.

Boat looked and sounded great as always.Hope you had fun out there.

Dave

jawbreakerkid 09-09-2002 02:15 PM

looks like they are the new style billet aluminum vents....and of course a new rub rail w/ SS insert.

thunderdan 09-09-2002 02:20 PM

Looks great Tracy......:)

PhantomChaos 09-09-2002 02:27 PM

Looks to be like an intercooler outlet there on the side.............did you add superchargers?

R Addiction 09-09-2002 04:24 PM

Consintracy, Are they painted, powdercoated...? Stainless or Plastic? Looks Good, want todo this to my AT.

ActiveThunderTodd 09-09-2002 04:43 PM

They are billet aluminum vents from Eddies Marine. And a new rub rail w/ SS insert from Tyco. Makes the boat look newer. Now I just need to get rid of those plastic gas caps and filler vents and plastic drain holes. Replace them with new SS stuff. Then upgrade the interior and what hell made add those supercharges. :D :D

H20 Cowgirl 09-09-2002 08:00 PM

LOOKS GOOD!!!:)

Jassman 09-09-2002 08:44 PM

Looks awesome you guys, I like a little color:p the rubrail looks great as well, take care.:D

MACDAD260 09-09-2002 08:52 PM

Todd,

The SS rubrail looks great. Be careful though. They may scratch and bend if you actually RUB something.:D

Very nice.:) I'm guessin it's kinda hard to improve a boat that looks as good as yours does.

ActiveThunderTodd 09-09-2002 10:18 PM

Well its 4 yrs old this month (turned over 400 hrs on her this weekend too) so I think its time to start updating things to make it look all nice and new again.

Thanks Mika...untill all these new Millenium pakge AT's (Thunderdans, Jassmans....) I always felt I had the best looking AT....so now I have to start dressing her up just a bit more to to hold my own.

h2owarrior 09-09-2002 10:51 PM

Looks Great

That Bad Boy AT is gonna look great for the Thunder Run. Did you do the work yourself ? One of these day's we are going to have to hook up. We're like some of the closest AT owners around Northern IL, Southern WI.

R Addiction 09-09-2002 11:28 PM

Thanks for the info Todd. Good idea, getting rid of all the plastic fittings. I'm gonna follow suit. :D

Griff 09-09-2002 11:48 PM

The vents and rubrail are styyyyyyylin. I put the same EMI vents on my Pantera a couple months ago.
EMI calls them "fusioncoated" The have the color of of be anodized, but actually powdercoated or painted so they won't(I hope) fade. They almost look they are anodized and then clear coated.

Are you coming to Cambridge this weekend for the races?:drink:

R Addiction 09-18-2008 09:32 AM

Craig, Wish I could but we are on a plane to Italy tomorrow.

So you like the color? I do. Alot of people get on the boat and say....why that color? Its a Lime green...accent color. Lesley is interior design by degree so I pick up on the terminology!!

R Addiction 09-18-2008 10:01 AM

Harsin on the board owns Best Revenge now. He lives in Indiana.

And yes they do have beer in Italy...its pronounced Beera' (or something like that) I smuggle in my own Captain Morgan. Couldn't find it there last time.:ernaehrung004:

"harsin" on the board does have it, and I don't think he is too far from Mike Case/boatfreak, near Indianapolis. His name is Morry and his wife is Lori, and they are super nice folks. We met in Miami earlier this year. I think Todd had over 400 hours on that boat before Morry bought it, and its still running strong.
