I want to share this. We all hear so much about poor customer service. And it always leaves a bad taste in your mouth when you read how someone can't get satisfaction out of a product they have purchased. Well here's a good side to the story. My trim tab cylinders are leaking fluid. Got online and found the phone number to Insta-Trim. I called today and talked to Don. Great guy - very helpful, answered every one of my questions. I explained my problem to him, and not only is he sending me replacement cylinders, but he is also going to upgrade the new cylinders to the current model.
You can't get much better than that!!!!!:)
