Sweet spot. How long does it take to idle out of the canals?

Shouldn't last long. If it is like this side, anything on the water is gone in 2-4 weeks. And most here were built in the 60-mid 70's when NASA was really going.

Great location and smart move, let someone else pay for your place, good luck with the sale, we'll be back mid-October.

Good deal Jim.

Phil I think you're right they've been changed more but as far as main structure it's up there compared to most.

Missed out on 2 houses this past week in the Yacht Club area (Desoto and Darby). I offered asking price on one of them within 2 hours of it being listed. I think that I made a deal tonight on another one in the same area that I have been working on for awhile. I really believe that there will be some good appreciation over the next 5-7 years. Good luck with the sale!

Nice house your selling. What are you tired of the water? Hope it goes as planned cause its not easy. Not to throw a log in your prop but I take it you will be living in one of the units, next to the renters. You will never get away and if both duplexes are in same neighborhood . they will team up on ya. Just saying, been doing it for years and years.

No not tired of the water. Want to invest in a better future. Gonna use property management. I travel to much to deal with it all anyhow. They will never know I'm the owner basically.
