Help!!!! I Messed Up The Computer!

I am not that computer saavy and I screwed something up. To get on OSO or anything, I have to get in by way of e-mail. Any suggestions.:(

It won't load up OSO. If it does it takes forever!!!!HELP!!!!! HELP!!!!

One of the ad servers is down. It is creating a problem here too. I cannot use the back button after reading a post as it stalls when it tries to load from a down server.
