Default Looking for info on rebuilt 575sci's...... I know it's a long shot but ?

Long story short, last year I purchased a 575sci off of an add advertised here on OSO. I used it as a spare all last summer and to be honest it ran great. It does look to be rebuilt but I have no info at all except it was supposedly out of a scarab from Texas. I'm hoping that putting a picture here might get me in touch with someone who knows the engine or the builder who rebuilt it. It definatly has some more pep then my original engines. And I'm hoping the different snout pulley is recognizable to someone. I know it's a long shot but it's worth a try.

Never seen a pulley like that, almost like someone made an adapter to bolt on a whipple pulley?

Yes it is, I purchased the 1st one last summer (just before all the Cobra action started) and it has run perfect since then. I know the whole Cobra situation and I left that out of my post so the mud doesn't start slinging here too. The engines were never built or touched by Cobra and they know nothing about them except they are selling for a customer who went with bigger engines........ I would just like to see if anyone has any knowledge on them.......
