Which gauges for racing layout?
 
Are the stacked diagonal gauges water pressure and oil pressure?

if you are referring to the indicators on top of the dash those are trim indicators.

That was my guess too, they seem to match the dials in Livorsi's catalog images. Any idea why oil temp isn't a main concern?

The most important gauge in a race boat is the water pressure gauge...
If you lose water pressure, your cooked.

On the left- water pressure top and fuel pressure bottom.

In the center over tunnel- water temp on left and volts to the right.

These outboards are 2 stroke premix, so no oil temp or pressure.
