Merc 700 pulleys
 

Does anyone know what size they OEM pulley is, and how much boost either of these would add.

They will not ad any boost unless the ecm is reprogrammed to keep the boost valve closed longer. The stock pulley is capable of making more boost then you are seeing but the boost valve will open to keep the boost at what ever level the computer is set at and when at higher elevations the valve will stay closed longer so it is capable of making the same boost as it does at sea level.
