Beak sunk @ Harmon Creek, Lake Cumberland
The alleged story is the stereo drained batteries so that bilge pumps couldn't keep up with the torrential rain overnight, here is the end result.
Supposedly the poor owner woke up to this. :( Again this is the story I've heard from a few reputable sources, if anyone knows more or the owner wants to chime in then please do so..... Probably didn't help that it was tied up next to the houseboat with all that water runoff. This has reminded me to always put my cover on if I leave mine overnight in the water, I try to make it a point but sometimes can be forgetful after a few cocktails. :drool1: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...psgqo5tpch.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...psewhtaaih.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...pskalbvnvr.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...psgicmolpi.jpg |
Damn, I hate seeing that. What a thing to wake up to.

Bad situation. Looks like the lake is completely full.

The thing I like about being on Lake Michigan is if it ever sinks it probably will stay sunk.

Hope Insurance doesn't say Owner neglect..:party-smiley-004:

I'd be sick...I had an isolator installed on the stereo battery....if the stereo quits I can still crank the engines and they will charge the stereo battery back up while running.

Hopefully there were not skanks on it!!!
