Need a good boat Broker - time for a new toy

I have a Formula 382 SR1 with a lot of great upgrades, but it is time to move on. I am looking for a decent broker to work with. My local boat broker doesn't know the difference (or the expense) of XR drives, and 540 CID engines. I know you never ever ever get your money back, but my local guy can't even talk the talk. I realize this is an older boat (1996), but it's in decent shape with literally less than 50 hrs on the engines and drives. If it wasn't so damn much work I would put the old 500HP's and bravo's back in. Would just like to sell it as is and then sell off the 500HPs once the boat is gone.
Any suggestions on who would be a good guy to get my boat on all the "broker only" web sites ?

Contact Eddie Champion.........Lake Ozark Marine...see if he can help you

I'm guessing that the 540's and XR's are worth at least 20k more than the HP500's and Bravos.
I guarantee they won't add 20k in value to the sale price. I'd swap them back.

Ed at LOM would be a good choice.

You could try Grand Sport Center in Lake in the Hills, Illinois too.

Tried to contact Ed at LOM, no luck getting a reply.
I know GSM is pretty much for GSM........
You guys have pretty much confirmed my thought process. Looks like I have a winter project on my hands. The 540's and drives will certainly find a home in one of my projects.

Why do you need a broker? Put it up for sale here, powerboat listings, face book swap shop.

I've sold Formula boats for 10 years here on LOTO, just sold my own 382 this spring. Performance Boat Center has more to offer than any other dealership with some of the best mechanics in the business, indoor storage, brand new paint shop,we can transport the boat anywhere, and most importantly, we sell a lot of boats.
