Paramount CC boats?
I used to see these around S. Florida for years and then they seemed to fall off in popularity. Anyone know the history?
I rented a 21 CC in Bimini this week and it was a decent boat and there seems to be 4-5 of them here. Boat seems to like a 21 X 7 and ran pretty good with a single 200 Yamaha. Of course not a single gauge or switch worked but the engine started in one turn.
Saw the 39 TG w/1075s at the fuel dock yesterday. There is a major shortage here right now.....we ran out of fuel a mile off Cat Cay. They not only came out with fuel/ oil but didn't even mark it up! Cat Cay would only sell us enough fuel to get back to Bimimi (10 gallons). There are a couple boats staying here right now waiting for fuel to return to Florida.

Found a Powerplay on the side of the road sitting on blocks. Appears to be a 33 OB race boat. Race number on side says B930 and boat is done in a traditional powerplay paint scheme. Motors missing, cats ran from the hull. I'll try to post pics later

I've got a paramount. I love it, it's one of the best do everything/low maintenance boats I have ever owned. They are often hard to find because owners don't like to part with them, but believe me, there are lots of them out there. The original builder closed his doors a few years back, but another company bought the molds and made a few. There is a new one being rigged by a guy on thehulltruth right now.
